of consciousness. If the underlying patterns are not


transmuted,


then any other changes will be only temporary. The outer


symptoms will eventually reappear if the inner causes remain


intact.


The bottom line is CHANGE OF CONSCIOUSNESS.

Anger is where we discover power and control.
First covert, then we poke our little heads out to see if we can engage in a little overt anger.
When someone bites, yes! we got our worthy opponant.

The problem lies in staying here too long, and not fessing up to a grander level of responsibility, in good old fashioned pain.
What happens when we admit our responsilility in our self created, albeit enthusiastic jousting in anger and begin to LOVE IT, yes, LOVE ANGER?
The penny hits the floor, and we find ourself feeling....PAIN.
Realization in enthusiastic pain, is amazing.
We begin...and I mean begin.....to see not only our own point of view (sometimes held for centuries), but to SEE/FEEL anothers!
Imagine....releasing anger evolves into expansion of consciousness....who knew?

Some inspirations from people who have attending the Living Heart Intensive


I recently attended Living Heart Intensive with my spouse and found it to be a beautiful experience of opening for us as individuals, in our relationship together and with others. 
The Sufi Mystic Rumi says "Everyone sees the unseen in proportion to the clarity of his heart...
Our task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within ourselves that we have built against it". 
I have worked for many years on awareness and transmutation of those blockages. 
But still something was missing. 
I had forgotten what true heart love felt like; I had forgotten how to enter the sacred space in the heart; I had forgotten how to open to hear the whispers of heart... .
Illia and John's teachings served as a catalyst allowing for the experience of sacred heart and the knowing that we are all one.
To reconnect that love with a partner is truly a sacred experience... the highest form of creativity... expanding to all that is.

I attended the Living Heart Intensive in February 2011. I experienced some physical and emotional release during one specific exercise on the first day. The following morning I decided to check my blood pressure at home, and was amazed at readings I had not seen in years. I am totally convinced the results were because of my new learnings put into practice at the intensive workshop.

The non resistance to self righteousness is the eye of the needle.

Almost two years ago, the White Mountain Lion came to Christopher and I after Sweatlodge.
She sat with us for about 1/2 an hour.

Today she came again, on the inner planes.

Mountain Lion represents leadership.
The White colour represents the Sacred.

Together they represent the Heart Path.

The Heart Path is the basis of the Healing Circles I am holding in 2011.

Choice is the sum total of all held thoughts..(judgement patterns), emotion and words...silent or not...that create our vibrational energy...who we are as individuals.

our integrity is equivalent to the Truth that is spoken....from the simplest comment....to the most powerful decree...

the question is....do we follow through on what we say...
is it loving...
is it TRUTH?

When we consciously pay attention to our inner and outer conversations...
we may begin to develop greater integrity, by putting the word patterns together with the memories associated, emotional content...and changing the untruth by applying Forgiveness and Love.

service is that which is given through ones self...
When I and Thy are ONE.


In other words the resistance around giving assistance to others has been transcended.


There are no strings....no attachment...no good deed bank account...no expectation of credit or specialness....gratitude....etc.


Then comes the question of when its appropriate to serve others,,
when we do not have an agenda.


Ask/Pray....look for clarity...in other words...is there resistance present.
Know when to speak and not to speak..when to act, and when to sit quietly.
This all happens naturally as a side effect of transmuting resistance patterns....what is left is clarity.
True Service~
Being a catalyst for transmutation...happy when someone can feel love for you if that leads to change....and every bit as happy if they hate you...if that is the calalyst neccessary.

a calcified covert resistance pattern born in expectation...

allowing what ever to be experienced...any and all in the emotional body....willing for 'it' to be, to increase, and to last as long as necessary....

Our beach this time of year...quiet....boats and sea doos gone!!!

Containing and encompassing the dualistic light, Loving Both Sides....we then do not project it/direct it/ into our environment for others to enjoy.

Lets say we are vibrating in the pineal....
this is emotionally associated with enthusiasm....(7x7 levels still exist here),
the dualistic light vibrates in the gonads associated with unconsciousness...so by encompassing BOTH/ALL we can then make some serious headway!
Don't pat ourselves to hard on the back if we are still denying the opposite in other words.
