Empathy and Sympathy
lets define~
 True empathy is the ability to see/feel anothers perspective....without adding any of our own personal patterns...emotion...etc.
Sympathy is projecting an understanding of another by our personal perspective...which may or may not be accurate (most likely not)....with an emotional overlay.
In Body Electronics we discover the emotional complexities in the 7x7 or 49 emotional tone scale, as we experience and unfold them....through the willing application of the laws of Love Light and Perfection.

In practical experience with others, becoming consciously aware of patterns of behavior both with self and others.......by being perfectly ok to view the other exactly how they are...with out the need to change....make bad/wrong.....letting them BE.
Simultaneous to this...observing our own feelings reactions...etc. and being perfectly ok with how it feels...no need to change it...make it bad/wrong....loving and willingly feeling/experiencing.....allowing ALL to come into natural harmony.
As we continue on the upscale emotional movement enthusiastically, we discover deepening compassion..until no compassion is necessary.

approximately 1000 years ago a woman with the name of Hildegard of Bingen wrote of dreams...she recognized the many aspects dreams provided human consciousness.
Most common.....emotional release dreams...
 creating a scenario to let go....willingness to feel/experience in that realm.
Prophetic dreaming...seeing possibility outside time and space.
Lucid dreaming...being an active participant,  aware of the control one has within conscious dreaming.
When we sleep Dreamtime provides a space to practice and remember.
Then we Wake up~

So many beautiful shifts...
Thankful for all the teachings...all the Love....consciousness unfolding in Perfection

When the outer is viewed in perfection, then it is made ripe for change.

Manipulation of the outer called healing is temporary, elemental transmutation (permanent change) occurs when consciousness is taken to perfection via Love and Forgiveness......in Gratitude from within....the outer manifestation being of inner consciousness...moves continuously in greater Love...
Being grateful for the outer experience...as did Jeshua...

 Projecting an idea onto our environment!
 Judging others, and ourselves by persecuting or putting something or someone (or self) on a pedestal.
 To condemn, criticize, compare and or  aggrandize.
We may try to hide that we feel we are not good enough....or try to show others how they are not good enough.....

 Love and Forgiveness

If we find ourselves not having to try and it feels uncomfortable RELAX....enjoy

 Do not be fooled by the presence of apathy (not caring or giving up...or moving on..our patterns move on with us)....

Inspired by a trip to the cancer 'clinic'....yesterday as I accompanied my Mum as she has a little skin cancer on her nose that will be treated with amino acids and infrared light....no big deal.
When I was there, I saw hundreds of people....a huge room filled with chemo drips running....etc...
In this day and age we are exposed to chemicals...air..food....water..
so my inspiration is to hold a cleansing retreat...in the fall...for the hard core
