I watched the sun rise from the East this Morning, on the Blessed Equinox, the Sun of the East rises.

The teachings of Kriya Yoga as brought to North America by Paramahansa Yogananda, is the lineage of Mahavatar Babaji.

The practise of Kriya assists the physical, emotional and mental bodies to infuse with the soul, to allow the experience of Christ Consciousness.

What determines a Yogic Lineage?

Once thought of as caste or creed, is nothing more or less than the willingness of the intellect to merge with the soul. This thrusts one onto the path of True Yoga, (merging with Spirit) guided by Self/Oneness, the Laws of Right Action are Present in the Here and Now.

What is the Guru?

One who has merged with Spirit and through doing, chooses to remain in Earthly Form.

In the present time, we are completing a earthly task, bringing all elements of this plane of consciousness together as ONE. The Perfection of Earthly Geometries.

This requires steadfastness, diciplined thought, and purity of emotion.

Where what remains is Peace, Love, Beauty, Harmony,Trust, Truth

We grow by being a good student, and a good teacher, simultaneously.
To hear the Truth, practice the principles of Truth, and allow/surrender to Truth.
THY WILL be Present in the Light of Now.
Thy Will is the harmonious merging of the Father/Mother, Yin/Yang within, held in love by individual Willingness, to be expressed in the Here and Now.

The Star Tetrahedron, became important to me after reading the White Eagle books.

This led to several years of attending Drunvalo Melchizedek's events, where developing and activating one's own Light Body/Merkaba is integral to the Star Tetrahedron.

After reading The Ancient Secret of the Flower Of Life, Vol 1/2, by Drunvalo, I began to remember the importance of geometry in the decension and ascension process of this spiraling life cycle. "The Flower Of Life contains everything in this dimension", says Drunvalo.

When I studied this further, internally, I began to see the nested geometries involved that are completely encompassed within the Flower Of Life, in a third dimensional way, and how they connect to each other.

Each of the geometric patterns are directly connected to the elements we are familiar with here on Earth. This is taught by Drunvalo in his Earth/Sky- Living in the Heart Workshops.

November 23, the first snow fall of the season. With it a feeling of calm, pre-hibernation.
May we enjoy the winter as children, full of wonder as the big flakes fall gently on to our tongues.

I received the news this week that on November 12, Slim Spurling exited this plane.

Although I did not have the pleasure to see Slim in person this time round, I did support his work energetically. Through Drunvalo's stories of his adventures with Slim I have a warm sense of who he was as a person.

Slim spent his life discovering ways to improve life on planet earth, through 'new technology'.

Famous for the 'Harmonizer', which clears pollution as well as energetically harmonizing the electromagnetic environment.

A pioneer inspired by Wilhelm Reich, broke new ground, not unlike others in the last 100 years such as Royal Rife, Nicola Tesla, and many others who dedicated there lives to the uncovering of wisdom for a new compassionate world. Blue Cloud and Illa~

When I was a little girl, I thought I was Native Canadian. Inside I resonated with the Sacred Teachings, I sometimes call the Old Ways.

I longed for Sweat Lodge, and to be with others who saw Nature and knew our integral connection.

Blue Cloud and son, Seth Coronado embraced me regardless of skin colour, and welcomed me to Sweat Lodge, sharing Sacred Teachings without any hesitation, which assisted me in uncovering memories of the Old Days, and the Old Ways when we lived in Peace and Harmony here on Planet Earth.

I give thanks to all who are open to share and recieve Sacred knowledge, those who desire from their hearts, to live in humble harmony with Nature, to be willing to heal, and once again live in Love here on Planet Earth. And So It Is

Mary Magdalene In the Cave~

Many now have made thier way to France, Ethiopia, Egypt and many other places with the hope of connecting with the elusive Soul that once was Mary Magdalene.
We now know a little more of our history since Yeheshua walked the earth. Quite simply, we have all been a part of a grand plan. One that has given opportunity to mature, to ripen in consciousness.
When I look at this painting I see 'The Rapture', a place in consciousness that is fully surrendered, comfortable with just being.
This is when the fruit falls from the tree.

Harmonious Spiraling....

This is the view from my cabin,

June. '07, Tofino, British Columbia.

I made my way by zodiac to natural hot springs...present on a near by island.

I floated gloriously in the hot sulphery pocket, next to the crashing cold waves of the ocean.

The steaming water showered over the edge of higher rocks, continuously refilling the many natural 'tubs', the sun shone delicately on my closed eyelids.

The Earth held me, the Sky encompassed me, and I revitalized my physical body with The Elements. My emotional body strong and stable, my mental body clear and focused. I am Spirit/One/Love.

And I float......

In 1988 I read for the first time, Autobiography of a Yogi, by Paramahansa Yogananda.

I had begun my attendence at a Bhaki Yoga Ashram, devoted to Maha Avatar Babaji, which was to continue for nine years.

I felt a deep Love for Sri Yukteshwar, and India felt close to my heart.

Yogananda had a very special role for North Americans, although he brought Bhakti he also honoured Western Christianity.

The two volume set of comparitive Yoga/Christianity, called The Second Coming of the Resurrected Christ Within, is available now.

Yogananda taught Kriya Yoga, which is in part, a Discipline of Sacred Breath.

His timeless work lives on, in Spirit as well as in his writing.

Kucho and I at the mouth of Shaman's Cave, Machu Picchu. August- 2004

At five o'clock that morning a group of us made our way to meet Kucho in the Cave to give Ceremony and Thankfulness. Drunvalo and I stood shoulder to shoulder as the Sun rose....

We thought at the moment of this picture we were saying 'so long', but the Ancients had more for us on this day.

I asked if I could stay in the Cave after everyone had left.

This Cave stimulated feeling and memory....I felt very open to receive.

When I was alone, sitting in the Centre of the Cave, I heard a symphony of voices. There were so many sounds and voices simultaneously I had to relax and just be.

After an hour or two, time was hard to tell, I heard a voice clearly state Kucho had a gift for me. 
This was going to require some Divine intervention as I was scheduled to leave Machu Picchu that afternoon.

Eventually I came out of the Cave and made my way down to the where the buses constantly shuffle people up and down to the town, I got on a bus mostly filled and within a couple minutes we were making our way down the mountain.

Emotion filled to capacity, I struggled to contain the feelings of leaving 'The Mountain'.

I looked up to the front of the bus, and i saw Kucho's leather hat peeking over the top. Could it be? When the bus stopped, he just calmly turned and gestured he would wait for me outside.

I, like a five year old, full of excitement, began to tell him what had happened in the Cave. With a sparkle in his eye, he gave me instructions to meet him at a certain place at a certain time.

I rushed back to my hotel and made arrangements for my luggage to go to the train and then set off to find Kucho.

I waited, but no one came. I heard music playing beneath me, and leaned over to become entranced by a five piece Peruvian band. Beyond the music I became aware of a man pointing at me. He was tall for a Peruvian, with long black hair, and the face of a crow. His stare was intense. He pointed at me and then over to his left. i looked, and there was Kucho with a wide grin, waving a full over head wave, and in the other arm held a beautiful two year baby girl.

My heart lept, and off I scurried to meet them. He escorted me into a building.

He was beautiful in his white ruffled shirt, and his shiny black hair reached down his back.

A Ceremonial Blanket was on the floor, sacred herbs were burning, and Love permeated.

We knelt,  made an offering to PachaMama, Kucho spoke some delicate words of the Ancient Ones and began to sing.
I had fulfilled my role by bringing 'my' Sacred Eagle Feather to Peru.
Although Drunvalo and I were the only ones who knew this, on the physical level.....the Ones looking on knew all along. 
For me the lesson was on attachment....letting go of the old sacred ways to make room for a New Sacred Way of Being.

The Energy surged through my body, from the top down.

The Ceremony continued, with Sacred Energy dripping from every word.

After the three of us laughed and hugged, and kissed each other's forehead and cheeks, eventually I was able to leave.

I changed that afternoon, I do not want to define it, but I know i changed.

I give thanks to Kucho, who on the night of the full moon, climbs the mountain of Machu Picchu to offer prayers of Love for this beautiful Planet and ALL that It Is.

I give thanks to the Ancient Ones, who are so much a part of Life on Earth.

May we ALL experience the Sacred Love in our Hearts.

et settled into my new abode, that was professionally filmed during this trip that took us from Macchu Picchu to the Copacabana.
The film is centred around Ceremony we as a group of 72, participated in in Peru.
The Prophesy of The Condor and the Eagle was the inspiration behind this trip.
It is exactly three years to the day that this trip completed. Alot of personal growth since then.....and so it continues as we make our way back to the Heart.

A perfect painting for the feeling I have at present...going inside for answers, and communion. There are times when I seek outwardly, and it allows much travel and fun...but to KNOW that where ever I go Source/Oneness, Wholeness is Present.....and to connect with That.....mmm

There are several 'old ways' that are no longer necessary in this upgraded 'Energy' we are ALL experiencing now on Planet Earth.
I will list a few I am presently aware of.

1. Worship. The need for hierarchy...someone to tell us what to do, or to forgive our sins or tell us how and when to communicate with Spirit....
We humans are equal in every way.
Yes, easier said than realized, because we are still holding to some degree the programming that holds our mind and emotions clinging to the past. Do we still resonate with the savior idea or the messiah complex in some way? Love it FREE.

2. Self Sacrifice~ Love it FREE

3. Manipulation~ The two main areas we have implemented manipulation is with the Energy of money and sex.
Be honest with ourselves and see where we still perpetuate this in our lives. Love it FREE

4. Magic and healing~ We love the idea that we effect.......our environment, others, the world, the galaxy, the universe....the DVD...'the secret' proves this....(oh by the way , it was never a secret, our environments have always been a reflection of what we are) .. we love the idea WE CAN CONTROL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why? maybe we feel we have no control, so we seek methods that show us in some way we just may be in control after all, or we feel we are in control and seek to maintain this.
Magic is an interesting form of control, first determination, is it control over something other than our self? Do we want to HEAL something or someone?
Turn it inward, HEAL THYSELF.
Magic is sometimes used as a form of protection, to ward off something or someone we cannot yet LOVE. LOVE IT FREE
Magic is mind, I am not saying it doesn't exist or isn't powerful (in a limited way) but it is mind manipulation, the dualistic poles seeking to control external environment.
