When we go into Sweat Lodge.....many subtle and not so subtle things occur....one of the beautiful aspects is our spirits commune without the outer sight. We SEE each other for exactly who and what we are.....the character we have developed. we learn to see in this way whether we are in or out of the lodge.

How things look are insignficant to the character of spirit that is ours individually.

How things FEEL becomes much more relevant.
