For the last few days I've been taking lots of magnesium,  wow forgot how powerful that is!
John Ray often spoke of the regenerating stimuli of magnesium and how it effects change in the monopoles.


After lots of cleansing, my eyesight has improved, I have greater mental clarity, and am feeling very enthusiastic!
