Understand that all outer experience is to be willingly and lovingly endured as a first step in the transmutation process.

Body Electronics is a multifaceted practice.

Self study, commitment to consciousness change,

reaching to new levels of self responsibility,

humility, caring for the physical body, willingness to feel, allowing the dualities to surface (courage),

experiencing the transmutational effects of Love Forgiveness and Gratitude.

Continuously moving into greater awareness=LOVE

In Body Electronics we describe guidelines to Higher Consciousness principles or laws.

As seen in John Ray's writings, The Laws of Love Light and Perfection.

One such principle is the Law of Reflection.

We may describe this in many ways, 'As Above so Below'.....

 As within so without, in other words, what we are in consciousness is what we experience in our daily lives.

 When we see something being reflected in another, and are uncomfortable with it, or downright don't appreciate it at all, these are opportunities to Love that part of ourself we don't yet accept/Love.  By simply forgiving, loving and appreciating these aspects of ourselves, we transmute everything less than Love.
