I appreciate the words spoken from Michael brown on the vid i posted below.....I'll add...the way of alchemy....the way of transmutaion....the way of consciousness change...the way to ascension consciousness...the way is through engaging forgiveness....and eventually love....through actively FEELING these energies during the moments we become aware of something we CHOOSE to CHANGE!
